This video, taken by Epoch Times reporters, shows a man, identified as a rally organizer, on-stage at Toronto’s Dundas Square on Saturday.
The organizer says China has helped Tibetans and improved their human rights. “They are just blind faith to believe in their religions,” he says. “They are controlled. If people think China has mind-controlled them, they’ve been mind-controlled for thousands of years in their religion.”

It is obvious that the communist Chinese dictatorship has infiltrated the Canadian students. The communist Chinese dictatorial government planned this assault on peaceful people.
In my opinion, the Canadian government should deport all of the students who are not Canadian citizens. These students would not dare to protest in communist China. Remember what happened when students did that in Tiananmen Square? The government of China killed thousands of their own students during that protest.

“Profanity is the attempt of a lazy and feeble mind to express itself forcefully” so such act doesn’t deserve our attention. We are the people who can smile and live happy without our country which is occupied by CCP in 1959 that is simply because we know more about religion than you. But, do you have a basic fundamental rights under this regime? That is quite pathetic, you have a goverment who don’t know how precious this human life is? So, where is Human right?

I don’t believe that you need be educated for people to understand basic human rights. Over 1/2 of the population in Tibet were well educated in Tibetan literature and Buddhist doctrine.
It is shame that these Chinese demonstrator believe that their government is doing huge favor to the Tibetans.
If the Chinese government has been so great to the Tibetans then, why are there so many demonstrations inside Tibet?
Let alone oppressing Tibetans, they have oppress there own (Chinese) people.
He said Tibetans are blind…. because of religion. Well, he is completely ignorant and blind to have so much faith in their government.
What does he think of their government restriction on media and press? What does he think of their government oppressing other minorities group in China? What does he think of their government staging demonstrations in Tibet?
Chinese government has no sense of morality and shame. Communist propaganda has brainwashed these people. Even in a free country, they are telling the Tibetans to leave Canada.

I am so upset that China is allowed to persecute Tibetans, even in Canada. Soon the only people in the world who will be free, are the ones who are trying to kill freedom.

Wow. That guy knew NOTHING about what he was saying! Even if people are illiterate, they would still understand the value of human rights and human worth. What an idiot. His argument only made me more disgusted with the Chinese government. He is the one being controlled, and he is helping to control Tibetans - even in Canada! Ridiculous!

I am just speechless to see how pathetic and uncivilized thinking capability they have…. Human rights are something innate, u do not need to read the articles of UNDHR to understand what the human rights are, you will always know when ur human rights are being violated…but by the way, what can u know? Since you have been totally brainwashed by your government, I just dont have anything to say because even if I say something u simply would not understand…. cause mentality is very much shaped by your ultra nationalism….

That is what the communists have been doing, destroying culture which lasted thousands of years, replacing 1000’s year’s old religion with the communist ideology.
It’s full evil history has been revealed in the book “Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party”.

communism has nothing to do with the whole Tibet debate. Tibet was under Chinese control on and off and had in the last 400 yrs only about 50yrs of independence. From 1911 until 1949. This is were the true claim over Tibet comes from… not ideology but territory is the motivator.
So therefore the problem with this guy in my eyes is. He just showed how less he knows about his own heritage and history. His claim is Tibet was ruled by a religious leader and thus blinded by the religion. But China was ruling Tibet! Therefore it could only have been blinded by China.
The claim about read or write. Let’s assume the majority of Tibetans can’t read or write, who’s fault is this after almost 60 years of Chinese control? Tibetans??? Obviously not, because they had nothing to say… So if Tibetans can’t read or write and are inarticulate it’s again China’s this time the CCP’s fault. They kept Tibet underdeveloped out of one simple reason. Control!
That’s why this guy is a total loudmouth who actually makes a fool of himself by showing that he never read his own countries history.

@Mc Gall: These students would and have been protesting in China… In 2004- 2005 when the debate about a japanese schoolbook “minimizing” the warcrimes against Chinese in Nanjing brought about huge anti japanese protests, it was students like this who were protesting against Japan (with government backing).
Protests in China are OK as long as they are prochinese and: antiwestern, antijapanese, anti tibetan, anti-taiwan a.s.o.
Tiananmen is something completely different and was a crackdown on anti-system protesters. It was not simply about students.
For your point on infiltration: a quarter if not more of those Chinese on the video and maybe even the guy speaking are Canadian citizens, and probably born and raised in the GTA. Only because they hold a Canadian citizenship does not mean they can’t be nationalistic Chinese.
For the rest of the people on the video, you have to distinguish between two groups as well: A) those people you would call infiltrators (their studies abroad are paid by the chinese government.) and B) those who were raised nationalistic and went to Chinese schools and were fed all this propaganda for 18years of their life. Then they come over here and only hang around with other Chinese not engaging with anybody non- Chinese.
Do you really think that only by being in Canada they will see through all that propaganda and will “believe” our media??
Unfortunately the latter group is probably the majority of the mainland Chinese students here.

Our immigration policy has big flaw in that the government has been bringing in those mainland Chinese who are educated(aka. brainwashed) by the Communists. But, when they come here in the North America, they won’t naturally come to senses of realizing that they have been brainwashed. neither will they realize that and re-educate themselves. That never happened and will not in future, either. In a sense, we have been bring in tens of thousands of “Trojan Horse” from China with embedded triggers that can be turned on by the Communists at their convenience.
